Dylan received his B.S. in Chemistry from California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, CA in 2013. During his time there, he researched metal oxide photocatalysis for water-splitting under Harry Gray and Jay Winkler. In 2013, he moved to Oregon State University to begin work on elucidating ion-pairing and solubility trends of Group V and VI polyoxometalates.
Outside of the lab, Dylan enjoys rock climbing, improvisational comedy, and speed-running classic N64 games. He needs a rock climbing partner, so if you are also in need of one, feel free to reach out to him.
