I am from Kaduna, Nigeria, and completed my Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Chemistry from Kaduna State University (KASU) Nigeria in 2016. During my undergraduate program, I carried out research on “Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue dyes using titanium dioxide modified with Nitrogen.” After graduation, I worked as a High School Teacher and a Volunteer Research Assistant to Moses Titus Yilleng (Ph.D.) at KASU. I was involved in doping titanium dioxide with non-metals and some transition metals toward catalytic applications. After that, I started my Ph.D. Program in Chemistry at Oregon State University 2021 and joined the Nyman group. My current research is on the Synthesis of Hybrid Inorganic Nanomaterials with Polyoxometalates. I enjoy listening to music, bicycling, and playing soccer in my free time.
